CAMERA & LENS RENTALS

WE HAVE A NEW RENTAL SYSTEM

We have moved forward with a new rental system, HelixRentals. HelixRentals provides a simplified online rental platform. HelixRentals offers customers to ability to book, extend, and pay for rentals right from their phone. Through HelixRentals there are NO Authorization Holds to rent.

​Agreements for Renting with the Shutterbug:​
​

  1. Rentals must be returned by agreed-upon rental date or the authorization amount will be charged.

  2. The renter must be able to present a valid ID that matches the card that will be utilized.

  3. Any damage or theft of the rental will be paid for by the renter's expense (authorization amount).

  4. All items that accompanied the rental (bag, lens cap, battery etc) must be returned upon drop off of lens/camera/flash.

Weekend Rental Deal:​​​​​
1 Day Rental Fee for weekend Rentals.
Rent on Friday and return on Monday equals 1 Daily Rental Charge.
